Hi thinking of going along to my local slimming world tonight. I'm veggie though and wondered if it's 'doable' as a veggie? I do eat Quorn but generally not eggs or cows milk or yoghurt - use soya replacements for that.
I use almond milk ( as you can have more of it and often use quorn mince or fillets tonight I had linda McCartney red onion sausages they are " free" food
One of my old housemates is a strict vegetarian and is having success with slimming world. I don't really know much about the programme, having never done it myself, but it seemed to be quite flexible for her.
