Hi thinking of going along to my local slimming world tonight. I'm veggie though and wondered if it's 'doable' as a veggie? I do eat Quorn but generally not eggs or cows milk or yoghurt - use soya replacements for that.
One of my old housemates is a strict vegetarian and is having success with slimming world. I don't really know much about the programme, having never done it myself, but it seemed to be quite flexible for her.
