I need to do more exercise but I don't really have money and I don't really want to join a gym or anything. I'm 23, about 18 st, and 5'11''. I want to lose about 4st. I'm not great at dieting, so exercise it is! I already cycle around, but I'm not at all fit. I'm looking for someone who'll do some walks (no running! Not yet), maybe a short cycle ride, stuff like that. People who won't look at me weird when I start puffing and panting after a few seconds, when my clothes ride up, when my thighs start sweating so I pause. So yeah, I've made it sound amazing, haven't I?
