I'm Rachel, 28, and weigh 255lb (eek) I really have to do something as tbh I'm killing myself. I've tried time and time before but failed due to poor mental attitude. I'm hoping this time with support from others I can shift something and keep it off. I lost four stone before but since kids it's piled on.
Hi-I've tried and failed many times before-I've always lost but always gained it back.This time I'm not thinking of it as a diet but as changing the way we eat as a family. It seems to be going well so far. Hope it goes well for you
