I'm in Scotland but way up in the Highlands lol.
The weather is certainly brisk up here and I admit that I am a fair weather exerciser out doors.
I'm currently doing the Insanity workout, I'm in the 6th week and once that is finished I will be doing Focus T25, by the time that is finished I'm hoping the weather will be improved sufficiently to resume running outside. I have a treadmill but rarely use it.
