When I started my weightloss journey, I weighed in at 119.6kg. Shocking I know. Literally 2lbs from 19 stone. Joined the gym, downloaded myfitnesspal and 6 months later I now weigh 97kgs. I am 4lbs from being under 15 stone. For the first time, I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. 7lbs and I will be half way to my goal. It's a long process doing it with healthy eating and exercise but I remind myself, especially when I plateau this is the safest way to lose it and keep it off.
