I am on a low GI diet too! It is great and does help with craving A LOT! The one problem is if you are on it for a while and decide to have some carbs you will blow up for two days and, maybe it's just me, but my skin becomes soar. Basically, the body retains water.
My diet is from SureSlim. They are not well known as they don't advertise (go through word of mouth). I have lost 4.5 stones on their plan in under a year. The greatest thing about the plan is if as long you stick to it you lose at least 2 pounds a week (depending on your size).
