Did everyone have a good 'first day'?
Mine was good, stuck to plan, drank my water and went for a walk (am not big in the exercise. Need to step it up. Have Tracey Andersons DVD so MUST start doing it).
Di1586- thanks for the congratulations. How's your diet going? It always the last few that seem to be the hardest to lose.

Had a lovely day and was busy so barely thought about food.
Did v well with my eating/water intake. Stuck to plan.
I have my weigh meeting on Tuesday so hoping to be 2 pounds down since last week (or at least 1lb off. Pretty please) which will put me well on track for 7 pounds loss in total.

So day 3, did well food and water wise. But STILL did not manage to exercise. I think I have been putting off so much I have created a fear around it.
I bought Tracey Anderson's DVD (the woman who 'made' Gwyneth paltrows body) so there is NO EXCUSE not to do that at home.....tomorrow DEFS.

Weather was weird today but the bit of sun made me very excited and motivated for summer time weight loss and actually being happy/confident wearing my summer wardrobe.
I think I just about weighed in at 144 this morning, but my scales are cheapy not very clear ones, so i'm going to weight for a more definite result before changing things. Looks like I might hit my goal by the 1st of June after all!
Hi! My Masterplan! Well i'm just calorie counting on my phone with MyFitnessPal aiming for 1200 which is harder some days than others so i'm trying to look at it as an average for the week rather than rigid each day if that makes sense?
I need to start exercising again too, I was really good for a while but haven't done anything in about a month because I had blisters from my trainers! Ha poor excuse :s
