Hi all,

I'm new around here and thought I'd say hi!

I'm 5'10" and 172lbs trying to lose 3 stone (42lbs) for health reasons - I used to be 9 stone and since I've put on weight I'm getting awful daily migraines and have to take a lot of medication to control them, so I'd like to lose weight to see if this will help me control my migraines again.

I've not joined any slimming clubs as I thought I'd give it a go myself first of all - my husband is on board to help motivate me too.

I wanted to get some moral support and I so I thought I'd say hi on here .

I just signed up a few days ago and have just spent my time checking out the different forums before I start the slog if weight loss.

Everyone seems really friendly so I am sure we will do just fine.
