If you've seen any of my other posts, as before, I'm prefacing this by saying that this is NOT spam. I've been in touch with the lovely Suzanne at 3FC who has very kindly given her blessing to this post.

I'm from a TV production company, and tomorrow we'll be at the One New Change shopping Centre by St Paul's in London, asking people about their diets and diet experiences. We'll be there between 12.30 and 13.30, and if anyone would like to come down and share their diet experiences with us (it's not scary I promise!) that would be fantastic.
