I used to be here a lot, but recently I've been pretty terrible and have not been posting or really caring about food/exercise, so with the new year I'm back on it and determined to reach my goal and maybe even beyond, let's see!!!
Jump in and join in the chat thread, hopefully it'll =get nice and busy as the new years resolutions are made and people calm down from all the festivities!
2013 is going to be MY YEAR! Focusing on good food choices and exercise, the rest will follow!
Taking a break from the scale, but BACK WITH A BANG! When I'm back in the UK in April 2013 I hope to be lower than 168, which is from July 2012ish and the lowest I got before some regaining. Until then, it's all about good food and exercise and no obsessing over numbers!
