Hey Chaz, welcome to the forum.

Certainly sounds like you are well prepared. Adult hula hoop does sound fun! I might have to look into that myself

Do you have a particular plan in mind? Calorie counting, just general healthy eating?

Best of luck with your weightloss and look forward to seeing you around the boards.

I ordered a hula hoop but from Amazon.co.uk. I was able to read the reviews on it before choosing it.

I love Rosemary Conley in that you get a fitness class along with the weigh in. I have started it a couple of times, then stopped after a few weeks. Once because my DD started a new activity and the send time because I joined with a friend and stopped when she did. I think I will go back to class -- the diet would dork for me to maintain, but not to lose. I restarted Slim and Save yesterday! Day one done... day two so far so good!

Hi Chaz, good luck for your Monday start, look forward to seeing you around
No fads, no unattainable targets.... just me and my good choices

Daily weigh ins, planned meals, controlled treats and alcohol and a more active, positive outlook on my lifestyle. Could this finally be the recipe for success?!
