I'm not so bothered about weight loss as I play roller derby and am highly active i think i have more muscle which is weighing me down. So i'm concentrating on losing this extra 14 inches i've gained around my waist and hips.
It may be controversial but Atkins (or low carb) had helped me loose inches quickly. I'm giving it a try again now after gaining back my list weight over Christmas. I notice a significant difference in my clothes and how they fit after only three days
