I don't have a specific goal as such apart from that we were lucky enough to be gifted a towing caravan recently and I just can't imagine myself moving about in it at this size !!!
I used to own a gym and while I was in that environment, eating right and LOTS of exercise I was VERY happy with my weight... soon as the gym went I started putting on and on and on ...
I know what to do, its been sticking to it in the past few years (the other couple of times i've tried to diet) that's got me, I lose a few stone and give up. I really don't want to do that this time.
I started properly last Monday, I'm going to weigh myself in 2 weeks time, I started walking (quite fast) last week also, went out 3 times - 3 miles twice and 4 miles the other time. Went out today on my 'regular' route... I'm aiming for 3 times a week, maybe 4. I want to make it a habit and I know that's going to take time.
So, that's me in a nutshell....
