Tomorrow is the start of a new lifestyle for me. I kept saying I would start working out and looking after what I ate after my birthday, but it was a stressful time (My childhood friend was killed in a horrific car accident) and I kept putting it off. Then I started a new job, and once again I just started putting it off. I'm starting with a personal trainer on Wednesday and he's asked me to start keeping a food diary from tomorrow morning.
So wish me luck and lots of encouragement.
I currently weight 143 kgs and I wear a UK size 26.
Thank you everyone! i had my first session with my personal trainer this morning and it was great. it was half an hour and we started with boxing. i also did a zumba class on Monday night and a Bokwa class last night.
Next week i'm going to be starting on the Paleo eating plan. Have any of you ever tried it out?
