I found these forums a while ago and have been lurking but have decided to join as I'm expecting the next bit of my diet to be tricky.
I started dieting in June this year and so far I've dropped from 266lbs to 203lbs. My ultimate goal is 162lbs which would put me just into a healthy BMI
I set myself a target of 2lbs a week for a year and so far I am 21lbs ahead of my target but I'm expecting it to get harder for the next few weeks as I have at least one thing every week between now and new year where it will be hard to eat sensibly. I'm not in a slimming club and don't have any people in real life who understand (although people are supportive) so thought it might be good to have other dieters to talk to.
