Not a strictly diet related question but I am having real problems falling asleep. I am not consciously hungry or anything but I cannot cannot cannot switch my brain off! It's warm here and a bit humid but nowhere near unbearable and we have a fan in our bedroom. (I am very much someone who likes the cold wet weather !!)
I don't drink caffiene aprt from my morning coffee, I don't exercise strenuously at night I don't drink alchohol anad I wear ear plugs so my hubby doesn't disturb me with his ( quite quiet) snoring.
I am excited for my future now I am beginning to realise that I have power over food and not the other way around.
I prefer to avoid any meds including herbals as I am on a few drugs as it is.
Does anybody have any suggestions?????
