Default Fascinating Fact! Any More?

Hi All me again.
I went for a medical assessment Monday and the doctor I saw congratulated me on my weight loss. Ashtma better and knees MUCH better. She said that due to the shape of the knee for every lb you lose it is 4lb less pressure through the knee even when you are just walking. So I have lost nearly 4 stone ( will update ticker Sunday hopefully!) and my knees have lost ....yes 16 stone!!! No wonder they feel better!!!
Has anybody else come across any unexpected benefits of weight loss???
short term goal: July 2015.....Mother-of-the-Bride under 280lbs
long term goal: under 250lbs October 2016 (50th birthday)

lowest weight:19 stone 8 (Nov 2012 after 6 months on 3FC)
current weight 319
highest weight 364lbs

When I was my ideal weight, I bought these cute backless heels (a couple of pairs), and when I gained a lot of weight - my feet suddenly felt squashed in them! I had fat feet :[ I've already lost 35 pounds and my feet feel so much more comfortable in said shoes. Funny how slimming down can slim the width of your feet down as well..
