Thailand is work unfortunately, I left 18 months ago to come back and get a masters, which is almost done now, so it's time to head 'home'..... Although this time I believe it will only be for 6 months before I move to pastures new, but who knows?!

I have 50 pounds to lose. I lost it all about two years ago and slowly but surely have gained back every pound. I'm really going to focus on a proper change of lifestyle and not just a quick fix this time!
I'm about to turn 30 so my birthday present to myself is to change my lifestyle so I can lose the weight I gained back and stop smoking. Day three!
