I know I'm always spewing out tips and stuff at people like some sort of tip-machine gun (Jose knows about this, haha) so I made a blog for them! First entry topic: breakfast!

MM I think that is a great idea!
If you have your own TV programme and I have lost my 11 1/2 stone (yikes!) by then can I speak on it from the perspective of the morbidly obese???
On the same thread, I am planning on writing about my trials and tribulations and those of other very overweight ladies. I have been keeping a bit of a journal of my struggles...even reading back 3 months is eye opening! Once I am half way there( about xmas I think) I will be asking for people to share some thoughts and experiences with me.
