Hi I'm new, just trying to find my way around and see what's on here. I've been dieting on and off forever it seems! Lost a stone over the last year and have been faffing around at the same weight for a long time now, so am hoping the support of like-minded people will help me tackle the rest!

Well done for keeping the stone off. What are you doing to lose weight, plan, exercise? You will find lots of support and advice here. How did you manage to get a ticker with only 6 posts?
