I've been playing again with the spreadsheet, and have addeed another page for measurements. This is entirely optional but it's something I do every 4 weeks and find so motivating! I measure quite a few places, especially on my legs as I will them them to shrink, so don't feel you have to record all of these measures, unless you want to!
Ellie, I think really the challenge has already begun for all of us, in the sense we're already on our journeys, but it'll be start weights being recorded this Sunday, to allow people time to join up!
So, by the end of Sunday can everyone have their start weights in the purple box, and start measurements if they'd like to add them!
On the spreadsheet, please only add data to the purple boxes, the white ones will update on their own, but will be squiffy until we've added in our weigh in one data on 8th April!
