It's asking me to sign in to something from Leeds Met uni

Just had huuuuge lunch - fish and salad - very yummy. now for a swift walk and coffee in the sun with a friend before wi/. Fingers crossed.

I thought it had started?

I'm half way to my 1st Aptil target of 2lb - 1lb off tonight.

Walking in the sun was fab - really route marched it Just stuffed my face and put all my details in myfitnesspal - quite fun seeing what difference different foods make and will def be interesting for tweeking my diet a bit!

OK, a load of formula and columns on the table! When people put in their start weights, it will upset some of the formula for the first week until week one weigh in goes in. I can't figure out a way around this at the moment, so please ignore the weird % numbers, as soon as a first weeks weigh in goes in, everything should be proper!

The spreadsheet is scary yet exciting. It makes everything more accountable. I love it.

Really hope this bronchitis buggers off really quickly. Got to start exercising again.

I've been playing again with the spreadsheet, and have addeed another page for measurements. This is entirely optional but it's something I do every 4 weeks and find so motivating! I measure quite a few places, especially on my legs as I will them them to shrink, so don't feel you have to record all of these measures, unless you want to!

Ellie, I think really the challenge has already begun for all of us, in the sense we're already on our journeys, but it'll be start weights being recorded this Sunday, to allow people time to join up!

So, by the end of Sunday can everyone have their start weights in the purple box, and start measurements if they'd like to add them!

On the spreadsheet, please only add data to the purple boxes, the white ones will update on their own, but will be squiffy until we've added in our weigh in one data on 8th April!
