Default Weekly Weigh In - 11

Thought I'd start a new thread from March - the other one is getting very long and has been running for ages

Have copied across the losses from the last week, so no one gets the chance to forget how wonderful we all are

Arwen = -3lbs
BritinNj = -2lbs
Cat90 = -4lb
Leigh = -1lbs
Madame Dotty = -1lbs
MelissaA = 0lbs
Mini Gem = -10lbs
Peacock = +2lbs
Posy = +3lbs
Sal = -2lbs

Giving us a fortnightly loss of 17lbs.

Which gives us a loss for the wee bit of 2003 we have had, of 88.5lbs , 6 stone 4.5lbs

Well, despite my worries I am down one pound! That means I am now 13st 3lb. The lightest I have been since I joined SW is 13st 2lb so I an quite chuffed with that. However, there is plenty more to lose!

Of course the pancakes etc I had may not "go on" until next Monday!!!

Well done Peacock. I have stayed the same this week, I'm sure I did gain from the evil jely beans last week but since being on track again since Saturday have prob lost it again. Hope to see a loss next week though. I seem to have plateaued here....mind you it's cos I keep being bad, I know this if the truth be known

Been busy so I've not been on much. When I weighed in on Tuesday I had a gain of 4lbs. I was very happy with this because, remembering my couldn't-really-be-true loss of 10lbs in one week a fortnight ago, I've lost 2lb a week for 3 weeks.

I've now lost 2 stone 5, so I'm well on my way to really earning my 2 and a half stone award, and I've lost about a third of what I'm hoping to lose in total.

I'm back down to the kind of weight I was when I moved to Scotland in 2000, soon (fingers crossed) I'll be slimmer than my boyfriend has ever seen me!

Well done Peacock.

Leigh, hopefully that 1lb will be gone again by next weigh in.

Mini Gem -10lb would have been great but -6lb is still good and your 10lb loss did seem a bit too good to be true!

I've lost 1lb this week. I'm a bit disappointed with this but I knows its my own fault as I've had a real problem staying on track this week, which wasn't helped by having 2 pancakes with banana, vanilla icecream and maple syrup on Tuesday night! With weigh-in on Wednesday!

I've dropped to 24 points now as I'm 15.12 so hopefully next weeks loss with be quite good.

Yesterday I decided I was going on a major binge and no-one was going to stop me: started with milky coffee (sugar and baileys in it so 6 points) and 4 penguin bars at 3 points each but then I suddenly lost momentum and ended up going to bed only about 6 points over. Not good but a **** of a lot better than it could have been! I was actually pleased as I feel the experience has shown that I do want to lost this weight and I have more will-power than I used to have.

Good luck to everyone still to weigh-in.

0 lost this week...so upset...Totally my screw up though...I found out that the coffees I had been drinking everyday this week contained 15 sins each!!! Yikes, damn Starbucks!!!

Next week will be better, I have learned my lesson...I want to lose four pounds in the next two weeks before my wedding...

There's starbucks in England now? Wow, I really do need to come home. I had a coffe from there a few weeks back and it cost an absolute fortune. I was disgusted at their prices, but obviously other people are far richer than me cos they didn't seem to bat an eye...LOL

The coffe is expensive here too but I suppose if you have an occasional one as a treat.... Before I went to see Chicago I had a caramel one - it wass well sickly but just what I needed! God know how many sins!

I hate coffee even the smell of a very milky turns my stomach, have been like this since I had Sean 8 years ago.

A Starbucks would be the worst place on earth I could think of visiting

Hi all, had a good week, I've been really good and stuck rigidly to my diet - lost 2lb, I hoped it would be more, but there you go, it's still a good loss. I need to up my exercise a bit more I think that would help, but otherwise I have to accept I'll only lose 1-2 lb a week, which I know is the way to go, but you can't help but wish for 3-4lbs per week when you've just been a saint all week now can you??

All the best everyone
