Cannot believe she is one already.

She is the inspiration I need to lose the buldge, kicking my arse tomorrow to restart diet after a weekend of birthday cake and wine.

It was my little girl's first birthday a couple of weeks ago too - such an amazing year!

I'm also on a renewed effort with diet and exercise, but struggling to find the time! My daughter has multiple severe food allergies, so I spend a lot of time cooking separate meals for her. She also isn't a great sleeper (we're working on it!) so I'm pretty tired lot of the time too.
