Just in case you're interested, there's a whole section under Diet Central dedicated to Weight Watchers.

My entire week is centered around that weigh in. If I wasn't going to weigh in and be publicly held accountable, I probably wouldn't be losing the way I have. 30 pounds so far! I really do love it and look forward to it every week.

Hi Purpleruby

I only joined 4 weeks ago but i'm doen 5lbs so far. Not amazing results yet but then I don't mind it coming off slow and steady if that means is stays off.

Best of luck with WW. i love the plan.

Hi Dietdawn

2stone 6lbs is fabulous!. well done. you're right about the group support. i can honestly say that for me, staying to group each week is key! I love my leader too. Shes flipping hilarious and really does always manage to make me smile. Its nioce to know we are all in it together.

Keep up the great work!!
