Graze Boxes
Hi all,
I hope everyone is having a good week, one day to the weekend, WHOOP!
Today I got my second graze box in the post, I just love them! Does anyone else get them? What do you think? Feels like a real treat, and something yummy to look forward to (even on the weight loss selection!)

I do like graze but be careful as they can slip some very sugary things in there x

Hi Dawn,
Yes, I'm on the 'eatwell' package or something like that, and it really does seem that it's all the best things that aren't included! Ahhhhh well, the ones I can have are better than nothing!

I love these!
However.. I found I'd get the box then eat the entire thing in a day
They make great healthy snacks if you don't do that :P (personally I don't think the sugar even in the sugary ones is a problem if you're just eating one as a snack) but for me it just wasn't going to work. Now I make up my own mixed nuts, seeds and dried fruit and feel much less inclined to eat the entire thing and just grab a handful every now and then.

I get a graze box every week and have been since er... the summer I guess. I purposely rate and choose the healthiest, least sugary items on their website to make sure I am only sent the things I actually want to and should be eating. A bit of dark chocolate with your nuts never hurt anyone though, and I do love the chocolate buttons in their boxes!
I love graze, I eat one punnet per day with my tea in the morning so my boxes last four days I bring other, different healthy snacks with me so I don't feel too tempted to eat more than one per day but I do look forward to receiving my box every week.

what are your favourite boxes freedomreins? so far I think mine is one that had spicy corn, broad beans and something else in it, and yes, I also really enjoyed the one with dark choc, cranberries and pumpkin seeds. THey're great!
Mine normally only last 2 days though, but I do share, so it's not too bad!!!

I love these boxes and just started mine back up again. I don't have the bread or dippers as don't fancy them as much, but essentially I am a calorie counter so love that they list how many are in each punnet. I have been presently suprised and the low numbers.
I like the flavoured nuts and dark choc & dried fruit the best. I do have a health shop near work but when I buy big bags of stuff from there I have a hard time with portion control. I really like that these are portioned out for me

AngelCOH I LOVE them for the portion control, for exactly the same reasons as you. I can open a box, eat it all, and know that it's OK, which is just great!
I had one of the dippers this week, and really enjoyed it, it was black pepper rice cakes with a mango chutney and really good!
Just eating my last punnet from last week, so roll on Thursday I say!

TakingControl - thanks, just adjusted my preferences to include some dippers. Should 'try' everything once at least!

I love any of them with dark chocolate buttons in them! lol But I really like the jaffa cake one because of the chocolate and hazelnuts. Any of the boxes with dried cherries in I like too.

I don't like dried fruit, so it limits a lot of my choices. Although, I will get the ones with dried cranberries in, but not a raisin/sultana fan and can't stand dried mango/pineapple etc.
BUT, I love all the nutty/seedy/crackery ones, yum yum! Can't wait for tomorrow's box!

I got their promotion - free first box - and loved it. Favourite by far was the vanilla seed mix. Felt like a real tasty treat, really good to snack on and seemed to last for ever and less then 200cals! really like the nutritional info too.

This week I got bonnie wee oatbakes, dark rocky road, bollywood blend and nacho libre. I haven't eaten any of it yet, but it's one of the best selections I think I've ever got, excited!!!
Ali87, I started on the free box, but now I'm hooked, I don't think they're badly priced though for the enjoyment I get each week

Got my first fre box last week and got the vanilla pumpkin & sunflower seed one too. OMG its gorgeous!
Loving their flapjacks and the black pepperdoms too, although i think I might just use the boxes as a way to expand my palate a bit and then when i figure out what i like, make my own and cancel them.
