Havent been on for a while, lots 3 stone so far

Hey guys, I havent been on since the 22 of oct...so bad of me but in that time I have managed to lose 3 stone 2 pounds or 44lbs which im pretty chuffed about.getting so much energy now but have lots more weight to go. I havent stuck to my diet 100% especially over xmas/new year/my birthday all within the same week but Im going to get back on track.

How has everyone been doing? Hope you all had a good new year etc. Rach,xxx

Hey thanks very much, I have been very lazy with my diet over the festive period with there being so many nice nibbles and free flowing booze haha, Im back on track now and ready to head for some swimming and zumba...hope your diet is going well.xx
