Thank you takingcontrol and hope everyone had a good Christmas.

I managed to survive Xmas and NY by partying and eating reasonably healthy on non-party days. Drank enough to sink a battleship though. ooops. Still, I maintained overall so that's a bonus. I'd like to be at 150lb by Valentines, but am just carrying on with my "plugging away at it" attitude and the finishing line will come And I have a load of vouchers saved up ready to buy all new clothes for summer - yay!!

Count me in too please My goal is to make it into the 100s at some point in the first half of the year ideally (with PCOS I'll see how that goes!!). Right now my scale is stuck on 250lbs and has been for about a month despite me staying on plan Onward and downward for the rest of Jan hopefully.

Hey everyone! I gained 3lbs back over Christmas definitely ready to climb back on the wagon though! Is it just me, or is the cold weather making everyone a piggy hermit, just wanting to stay in all day stuffing your face? I seem to want to eat everything in winter!

On the bright side, I started yoga this week, and I LOVE it

How's everyone doing?

Count me in! I need to improve my health and new smaller clothes will be a welcome side effect! I'm eating less and moving more, feeling positive about 2012! Good luck everyone

Count me in! I only need to lose 1lbs per week to meet my goal.. if i keep it up for the entire year O.O

Easier said than done... but if I manage to do it, I won't have to make "lose weight" my new year's resolution again. I just need to lose 5lbs 10 times. Perfactly manageable.. if I don't fall off the wagon!

Hi thanks Sparx for bumping this chat back up my subscribed list! I've had a great week, lost 5.5lb which I'm thrilled about! But, I've worked very hard with diet and exercise, water intake and sleep. I hope to keep it going, although doubt I'll have any more huge losses for a while now!

Enjoy the wine Sparx!

Well done Sparx! After not the greatest week ever, I'm really happy I still managed to record a loss (1.5lb this week).

Loving having exercise in my life, it really is helping me stay on track, and I can't wait to see the results with my fitness levels too!

How's everyone else doing?
