welcome!! I too lurked at the beginning, and felt a bit silly putting my weight loss signature up and stuff... but now I love it!! and this website definitely helps me keep determined to lose weight, as I love posting in the daily weigh in threads, and reading/seeing peoples weight loss stories

new here too.. think it is a great site to keep each other and ourselves motivated. Hoping to get new recipes and find other people in my area also who are dieting/excercising etc..
