I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so I buy those frube yogurt in a tube things and freeze them, the ones I buy are called wildlife choobs and are only 42 cals each, it tastes just like a dessert and it lasts longer than normal yogurt. I also have freddo chocolate bars as they are only 95 cals each, I also put these in the freezer as they last longer when you eat them. Ryvita crisp breads (11 cals each) and either peanut butter or low fat cream cheese is my other favourite snack.
