New girl - Any one else on the Beach?

Hi all,

I'm new here, and wondered if anyone else is on the South Beach Diet? I did it years ago, lost nearly 3 stone but it's starting to creep back on again, so time to go back to Phase 1. I've got a stone to drop, which doesn't sound much when some people have a lot more, but I'm only 5ft 2", so every pound looks awful!

You're braver than I am! I tried South Beach Diet last summer and lasted about a week! I can't live without the carbs. :P I keep considering going back to it, because my weight loss is pretty non-existent at the moment, but I can't bring myself to do it. I know I won't last.
