Saw 13stone3 this morning (185), would LOVE to record that after a really good week, but I can't cheat, will use my weight tomorrow morning, and with my first alcohol of the week and a chinese in front of the footie, I could do some serious damage, but everyone needs a treat! Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

official weigh in - 13 5 (187) pretty happy with that. 6 days on plan, one treat day. Half term next week so no work, no excuse not to crack on with the exercise, bring it on!

OK, I'm down 2lb to 200, although I'm not entirely sure I trust the reading on my scales this morning since I was up drinking till 6am... :O
