Default C25K podcasts on the NHS website

I went back a way and couldn't find any reference to this so I thought it was worth mentioning. The NHS has made up some free downloadable podcasts for the C25k program and after the first two weeks of using them I can say I enjoyed the music and the narrator isn't that annoying.

I love the NHS. I was thinking about taking up a programme like this to improve my running, thank you so much for sharing. Not too keen on the music though haha.

I've like the nhs one too but for more up to date music I use the ones at Running into shape.com (can't post links yet, sorry)

btw, I'm interval walking not jogging. I tried it once but could only do half the intervals!

I used it today and actually the music didn't both me as much as I thought it would, once I got over the P.E. flashbacks.

I used to use these when I was doing the programme, and once I was over the music, found Laura to be quite motivating lol

I actually must get back onto the programme, just too much of a wuss to jog in the UK!

I attempted a jog today and it was incredibly hard. My sides were burning and my heart on fire.

Guys, I'm going to do this plan. I'd love a workout buddy
