well done to all of you recording losses this week
My weight this morning is 13 stone 6, so 188lb. This is using my new scales that actually work, so from here on in, no excuses!
In theory I've lost a lb, which I'm really happy with considering I was in London for a couple of days eating crisps and cakes and fat steaks and things, drinking more wine n beer than I have in months, and then last night went to my mates for a dinner party and overinduldged again. However, for four days last week I was amazingly on plan, and have got in lots of exercise, so maybe it is possible, and not just scale swapping that's helped me out!
Oh well,whatever, this week, I have to stay on plan for at least most of the week and see where it gets me!
2013 is going to be MY YEAR! Focusing on good food choices and exercise, the rest will follow!
Taking a break from the scale, but BACK WITH A BANG! When I'm back in the UK in April 2013 I hope to be lower than 168, which is from July 2012ish and the lowest I got before some regaining. Until then, it's all about good food and exercise and no obsessing over numbers!
