I was 13stone 4 this morning, so up 2.5lbs, I WILL break the 13 stone barrier, not liking this pattern of yoyoing just around it. If it was 11 stone I wouldn't be too bothered, but I've still got loads to lose, I need to stay on target!

Jumped on the scales today and I have already lost 2 and a half lbs, but I will be giving you my results on Sunday, all the best ladies xxxx
