well i do weight watchers and weigh thursdays so will just have to say what that weigh in was.

I will do my SW on Sunday morning, I used to weigh in on Friday's but when I did my last biggest loser challenge I moved to Sunday to fit in with that, it also encourages me to 'behave' over the weekend knowing I'm weighing in Sunday not Friday, and means I can have a Sunday dinner as a treat if I do well!

Yeah, I love leaving it to the last minute! Can cram in last minute frantic runs to try and budge the pounds. Mmm, Sunday Roast.
