I'm a new slimmer!
I've lost 10 lb so far.
I weight 12 stone and am 5 foot 8. I want to lose 28 lb bu the end of August (at 2lb per week- maybe a bit ambitious but a girl has gotta dream right!)
I'm weighing once a week
Avoiding most processed foods
Cooking more
Eating loads of fruit and vegetables to fill me up
I have bought a wii and am exercising with zumba, I also have lots of fitness dvds to get out of storage :S
I've just started tracking calories which is totally new for me, there's this free site, foodfocus.co.uk that seems fab as a calorie counter.
I'm trying to avoid any particular programme as I want to prove I can do this myself and I'd like to lose weight without spending lots of money !!
I'm fedup of feeling bad about myself about being fat, not fitting my clothes, having terrible photos, not living my life.
Looking for support when times get hard.
