Thank you!

I'm on a low fat diet, cup of porridge for breakfast with skimmed milk a few raisins and a teaspoon of honey or toast with a smidge of marg on. Some fruit to snack on before lunch then a sandwich with something like ham salad or a banana on it and a bag of snack a jacks ( usually the sour cream and chives ) and for tea either a ping weightwatchers meal or jacket spud and coleslaw. Not an awful lot of variety but it's working for me so far especially remembering the crap i used to eat ... one day all i ate was 12 cadburys creme eggs ... nothing else, haha. I try to stay under 5g of fat for any one meal so 15g of fat max per day and as i am only 4ft 10 i'm hoping to get back to my 8st goal which i used to be pre kids although i can't blame them now as they are both practically adults, hehe

Also i try to walk into town then get a bus back when i need to get some shopping and i do my aquamobility because of my spinal problems,

Thats sounds really good, I am going to live of weightwatchers meals next month when I start my new job I wont have time to cook. I cant have milk as it makes me sick and soya just tastes nasty so breakfast is always a nightmare for me.
Anyway well done you have it all well planned
Take care xx

I don't know if you've tried it before, I never liked rice milk, and soya was okay, but I have really fallen in love with almond milk. Nut milks are protein based so they're a lot more like regular milk.

i like this.thanks for providing a nice information.
i agree with you.every body should have to fit in these days
because lots of diseases are around us they trying to attack on our body.
if we have a fit body then we can fight with them other wise we don't able
to do it.so do excercise and fit now.
