Third time's the charm?

I am back for the third time losing the same weight basically! I'm calorie counting again too. I suppose that when I lose the weight I just need to figure out maintenance this time. Life just has a habit of getting in the way. Anyone around from 2009 or even 2004?

I was here in '09. Just from October to January though. I lost around 40lbs and nearly reached 'onederland' - but have put it all back on again too! What a disaster! Anyway, well done to us for coming back! I'm sure you'll lose your weight in no time! :-)

Were you here when there was a monthly challenge? That really was what helped me - it's a bit disconcerting that it isn't here anymore!

I'm not sure, it seems such a long time ago Gosh you did really well last time so you know it can be done. Lets just sort out the maintenance this time!
