Default When do you weigh in?

I am curious as to what day and time of the week do you all weigh in. I weigh in every Sunday morning, so times i have a sneaky look mid week but I dont class it as my weight only what I weigh in on sunday is counted.
I use Sunday as it will give me motivation for the coming week and Im not very good at the weekends eating wise (and booze) but it all seams to balance out with being super good during the week.

I know with clubs like weight watchers you are weighed in on curtain days but do you weigh in any other time of the week?

My official weigh in day is Monday, at my Rosemary Conley class. However, I have always weighed myself on Saturday mornings when I get up. There's approx a 3lb difference between the two scales, so I just use our kitchen scales to make sure I'm moving in the right direction.

Yesterday I weighed 10st 11 on our scales, so that will hopefully show as 11st tomorrow (i'm currently 11st 2, so that would be another drop of 2lb. Here's hoping!

I weigh every day. Usually, though, saturdays weight is the one that I really care about.

Doing it every day makes me stay focused on that exact day. If I only did it twice a week or at the end of the week, I think I wouldn't be as responsible.

I used to weigh on a Thursday but changed it to Friday, didn't weigh on Friday but will do this week. When I was a little thing I weighed everyday maybe but I think I became a little obsessed by it.

Good luck for your weigh in slim chicks

I'm also an everyday weigher........darn it! I'm completely addicted to it. I'm not sure if it's to make sure that the little cheats I did the day before have not counted or if I am genuinly keeping an eye on my weight.

I refuse to have scales in the house, it can be so off putting if there is no weight loss ... i've been on my diet for about 5 weeks now and can tell it is working as i have to wear my belt tighter with my jeans which is good enough for me

I'm a weighing addict every day for me, sometimes twice if I had a heavy lunch! I find it keeps me on track better because I think twice about having that snack if I weigh more than the day before. I know I should restrict it to once a week but there could be worse addictions

My scales don't work so will have to rely on SW for their weekly weigh in. I am not obsessed with it. I think we can usually guess by our clothes, when we have put some on or not!

I'm the same as you marie81! Sunday morning before I've eaten anything is the time I weigh. Since joining this board it's been really hard to resist the scales, because sometimes I just want to see if I've lost any weight. But I've been good!

I weigh myself a few times a week but only keep a record of my Thursday weight and chart the week-by-week fluctuations.

I go down to my local Boots every Monday morning before I head into work. It means I don't have to have a scale in the house which I would only obsess over.

Default morning...

lots of people say you should weigh yourself once a week. But I do it every few mornings. I am 95% raw, so the day after a pizza meal, I weigh in. This is to see how bloated I am. I would like to give up junk and it helps to see how salt and sugar put stress on the body.
