I don't have any weighing scales, so I'm guessing by how much of my feet I can see while I look down in the shower! :P
But I was thinking of having a trip down Boots to find out, but I'm worried because I don't really have the time to make a special trip out before breakfast so it would have to be during the day after I've eaten one or two meals. Will the meals add considerably to my weight? My SW was weighed in the morning before breakfast... and if I end up weighing myself and find I'm a similar weight or even heavier then I worry it might put me off. But I'm dying to know! I can already feel myself being more lenient with this diet and I think if I saw some evidence of progress it would motivate me a bit more.

Another Sunday morning weigher here. I'd love to stick to once a week, but realistically, that's not happening, I find myself jumping on the scales most days, but it's only the Sunday weight I count.

No more than once a week (on a weekend) and usually in the morning before eating, but mostly I can go up to 2 weeks without checking (sometimes I'm afraid and don't want to know just in case I've put on cuz it does affect the rest of my day/weekend whatever).

I weigh almost every time I pass the scale (and it is in the kitchen). I know that is a habit but................

I usually weigh in every thursday/friday evening and just the once a week. I find that way if the weekend is chaotic you have the full week to recover (hasnt happened yet) before weighing again. I feel weighing after a crazy weekend, the guilt etc while it could be a motivation, it could do the opposite too and cause more binging.

Every monday morning before food and drink. I too have thrown out my scales because I get obsessed over them and find that I weigh myself at every opportunity, so its better for me to work towards the weekly weigh in

Every morning. I prefer to look at the overall pattern rather than focusing on individual days, and if I only weighed in once a day that'd be a lot harder to do. There have been weeks where I lost generally, but if you looked at, say, the Wednesdays of those weeks, I might have the same weight for two weeks running.

I'm glad you posted this I weigh usually 3 times a day (exact times assuming I'm home); right when I wake up, 1pm (I do the fast 5 diet and my eating window is 1p-6p), and before I go to bed. It's actually kind of cool to see the fluctuations and I can usually "guess" how much I'll weigh in the morning by how much I weigh at night!
It might seem a little obsessive BUT... not weighing myself regularly is how I got to 215 pounds to begin with (well that and all the food I ate!)

I'm planning on doing it every Monday starting on the 27th, I haven't weighed myself since Friday and it's driving me crazy.
I have a bad habit of really obsessing about the number on the scale and, while I know it's normal to have weight fluctuations, it'll bother me to the point of giving up for that day if there's even the smallest amount of gain.
