Default A little tip

Hiya everyone, I have made the most wicked find.

I was always the kinda girl that had tomato sauce, brown sauce or mayo on everything I loved it and food just wasn't the same with out it.

For Christmas I got a big pepper grinder full with chilli, garlic, salt, pepper and some herbs from Sainsbury's, i have been using it for the last week on everything its amazing and so much better the sauces and lower cals to.

I think you can still get it in bigger Sainsbury's you can defiantly get the refills, the chilli is not to hot and chilli is wicked for speeding up your matabalisum.

Thought i would share this little find with you all

great tip marie! i'm the same, i love sauce on everything, i've been putting crushed chili flakes on my food now and it's so good

Chili is so good on your food I love it
it must be working to because I have just lost another 1lb this week and im out of the 180's... so pleased
I overdone it yesterday and I have pulled my calf mussel so I am going to have to take it easy for a few days but I am still happy

How have you been? do you have a start date for your new job? xx
