Smile hi all
thought i would just say hi.....another one to add to the uk list. i am hoping to loose at least 52 lbs then see how i feel about losing more. it is going to be a hard slog but that is why i am here. i am hoping that with a little support and advice it will help my will power (of which i have very little lol) will be looking for some hints and tips to help me along the way. my name is sam and i live in horley surrey. i have 5 kids ranging in age from 17 to 1. i am 5'7 and weigh 234lb (16st 11) so as u can see i need all the help i can get just now
