Tamara! Congrats on getting into the 180's, I'm sure you're going to rush right through them as well
I really hope I can make ticker changing day a "weekly" highlight!! How is everyone doing? It's the weekend, only a few days until weigh-in... Keep strong everyone!

Hi
Can I join you please?
I am not really following any diet, i am sort of counting cals, eating lots of fruit and veg and trying to cut down on carbs, and cut out most wheat, as it doesn't really like me
I started off well in the new year then gained weight back and have been doing it half heartedly, but want to get back on track, and have been "good" for the last week or so. I will make sat my weigh in day if ok? xxx

Wow, look at our little group grow! It's been a great day for me so far. Yesterday I had tea out with a friend and thought TOM plus the sodium (Asian food) would make me a puffball today, but I was pleasantly surprised with how good I feel today, phew! Still not sure about weigh-in tomorrow, but we shall see. I'll be guzzling water tonight for sure!
mummyof3 - You're doing amazing!! Woo woo woo, 170's in no time!
Keely - Hello! Sounds like you're off to a great start!
Mishflynn - Welcome! Good luck this week!
topsy81 - Welcome! Our plans sound about the same Good luck, the ladies here are ultra-encouraging!
(I just noticed my ! overload... hahaha... I just get excited when people are doing so well )
