Default First stone gone! Plus change! ;D
Weighed this morning, and lost 15 lbs since early Jan! So chuffed!! I'm not counting calories that much, but I am aware of the caloric content of what I'm eating, avoiding too many carbs and getting in loads of vegetables and soy proteins (I'm a vegan, hehe)

Doing Jillian dvds might have helped too! ;D!
