Is anyone following the Slimming World Diet?

I have been doing SW for the 18 months and I have found it a really diet plan.

I follow the Green Day Plan.

I am a newbie to the forum, and I would love to get to know a few more Slimming Worlder's....

Hi Donnie,
I just joined SW on Monday (24 Jan). I have been reading my booklets, trying to make sense of it all. It's all rather new & confusing at the moment.
I hope to begin, full steam once I have made up a shopping list. I intend to follow the Extra Easy Plan for the most part. It seems to offer alot of flexibility.
I haven't participated on the forum for a long time but hope to find other SW peeps out there to chat to from time to time. I weighed in at 19 st. 1 lb yesterday and set myself an initial goal of 2 stones. How much have you lost in your time with SW?

If you're not hugely overweight then you will have less to lose and it will take longer. Those who are more overweight do lose more in the first few weeks, but this is mostly water loss not actual body fat.
