Hello everyone
Hope all is well with you all, have been mad busy at work which is good, got home my young fella and my husband had already eaten they were eating pizza and garlic bread which I didn't fancy, so I went straight out to meet a friend and we went for a walk/run. Even though it was raining there we were pounding the pavements, we were out for an hour so I'm delighted with that.
Tomorrow night I'm going to a party, intend letting my hair down havent been out in ages, so going to have a few vodkas and a good dance.
It is my day off tomorrow so I shall probably try and get myself to the gym, I want to be as active as I can, when I got down to my small weight that time I did alot of exercise and I feel that is the way to go, oh and less food!!
