Changed my weight but have done something mad to the tracker

I tried to alter my weight on my tracker, it is showing up my new weight. I didn't attempt to sort out a more recent photography. My tracker still has the old weight and lots of stuff that looks like gobbledy gook. I am very confused, the age of technology passed me by

Oh well no tracker but at least I have the weights altered, next job to change the photo
