We're a bit quiet at the moment but I am sure we will get a bit busier with the New Year.
We have usually have a monthly 'challenge' thread where some of us weigh in each week to chart our progress. You can include weight and exercise minutes, etc.
Keep an eye out for a thread called somethin suitably New Yearish and leap in!
If that doesn't sound good just keep on posting, when we get going we're quite friendly
(hopefully I will be allowed back in myself, having fallen of the wagon YET AGAIN!)
