Hello everyone,
I thought I would start a thread for anyone who is getting diet meals delivered so Diet Chef, Jenny Craig etc.
Bit of background:
I started dieting in April. When I started uni back in 2007 I was 8 stone 2, but I was also a bit shorter (5'3). April 2010 I was 9 stone 9. I decided that although it wasn't necessary, I wanted to lose a bit of weight. I chose 8 st 8 lb because I didn't want to be skin and bones. I wanted to do it before I graduated in July, definitely before I got a job. So by the beginning of August I was 8 st 9 lbs. Great. Then I went away for a friend's birthday weekend and I came back 9 stone. Fine that was a bit of water weight but I started work and it's just never been the same.
Even though I am exercising 3 times a week, all the office snacks and popping out for sandwiches means that I am currently at 9 stone 5. I know it is not huge but I was so confident at 8 stone 9. Just walking around my bedroom in my knickers feeling fab. Ha.
So I've decided that the way to do it is be lazy and instead of counting calories just have the correct amount of calories come to me. Voila Diet Chef.
My hamper is coming weds, and hopefully I'll be tracking my progress here.
Anyone else currently doing it? How's it going for you?
